~Your February To Do List~

  1. Try your best to eat AT LEAST 3 meals a day
  2. Cut out at least ONE bad eating habit!
  3. Turn up your favorite songs and dance for at least 30minutes up to 3 times a week.

I am in on this.
1. I can def eat 3x's a day
2. I am going to take my time to eat. I timed my lunch today 8min!!! I know it takes 20min for my body to realize I'm full. No wonder I was thinking about what else I could eat 12 min after eating lol. Good thing there was nothing around.
3. This one is a piece of cake. Beyonce diva can really get me moving, lol
