It's great that your now GONE and this time, I'm going to make sure its for good. Your out of my life once and for all!
Your presence was Pointless! I thought you were "entertaining" and worth my while, but you weren't. Just passed the time by....time that could have and should have been spent more wisely... But that was my fault, and I take full responsibility. I should have known from past experiences that there's no good cause for you in my life. No one even liked you, lol. My friends and family would question our rekindled "closeness" in a "I hope this is over soon" tone of voice, and my boyfriend absolutely despised your existence! lol....But I can't blame them....they Love me and only wants what's best for me.
I'm smiling because Today you became a stranger to the Beautiful creation I call my life....full of Love, Blessings, A Great Family, Wonderful Friends and Life lessons. I can EASILY say GOOD RIDDANCE to your pathetic memory and can only hope that my Readers and everyone else that wants the best out of life will do the same.....
So say good bye once and for all to
BAD HABITS.....lol
Let them go ladies! No matter what (OR WHO) it is, if it isn't helping your Life, your Health, and your Well-being...LET IT GO!!!
PEACE :) Nikki

People really do change. They mature, they grow up, and they learn from their past mistakes. Their hearts blooms like a flower that finally receives some much needed water and sunlight. Their feelings of regret, remorse, and failure, turns into internal motivation and dedication to be Better, now and forever.
Their eyes look brighter and full of compassion and their smile makes you smile. They pray for strength and easily find it....as they realize the lessons learned from their past will give them a better Future.. They too can Love with all of their hearts.....
People Change for the better and they become some of the best people you know and will ever meet. Don't lose hope in the one you love if they do wrong......Don't lose hope in yourself....
As long as your living you can change...I've seen it happen to people I LOVE and I've seen it happen to me

"When you are through changing, you are through living."
Peace Nikki♥

Well November 1st will mark One official year of my Healthy Hair Journey! I had many lessons to learn and many setbacks to recover from...But I'm happy to say that things are on the Up&Up now. My hair is fuller than it's been in years and definitely healthier. My Only gripe is that I had to make a sacrifice recently regarding my hair.....THE DREADED TRIM.
Everyone serious about Achieving Healthy Hair must come to grips with the fact that we have to trim off raggedy, split ends. As you can see in this pic, I had a an inch and a half of them! I closed my eyes and told my hairdresser of 4yrs to go for it!
I was actually HAPPY with the finished product :) I felt great about leaving what represented MY BAD HAIR CARE HABITS behind me. I'm now back at APL (armpit length) But not for long :)
I won't post an updated pic of my hair until I relax in December which will end a 16week stretch. That way I can really show you all the difference that EXCELLENT haircare makes!
Here's My Current Regimen
Wash Weekly w/ Hairone Cleansing Conditioner
Clarify with Nexxus Aloe Rid every 3 weeks
Deep Condition Weekly alternating between: ORS olive oil replenishing conditioner for Protein & GVP conditioning balm for Moisture
Moisturize nightly to keep hair from drying out
I usually wear my hair out and wavy from a braidout or from simply airdrying with my satin scarf, I do a messy pin up in a clip sometime, or I wear a Freetress half wig (Milano girl) which is VERY natural looking and I take it off nightly to moisturize my real hair.
My Fav Hair Moisturizers are:
~Alaffia Virgin Coconut & Shea enriching hair lotion
~VO5 Strawberries&Cream- co wash/leave-in
~Giovanni Direct leave-in- but will not repurchase since Allaffia is Better.
~Jamaican Black Castor oil
~ Jojoba Oil
~Garnier Fructis Anti-frizz serum
Well that's the HAIR Update for Now Guys!♥
Peace & HEALTHY KISSES!! Nikki
