No one is immune to facing a Hater!! Someone that will insult you or attempt to belittle and degrade you. You will come across fake friends and will face people that are jealous, rude, or that flat out dislike you because you are YOU.
Its okay to be PROUD OF WHO AND WHAT YOU ARE no matter what you go through in life. Never let negativity Stop you! Let it Motivate you to go Even Harder and to be EVEN Better and Bigger than Before! Shield your heart and mind with a layer of Strength through Prayer, SO IT WON’T MATTER WHEN THE STONES START COMING, BECAUSE YOUR PROTECTOR IS ALWAYS THERE!
We are Beautiful, We are Strong, and We cannot be defeated with words nor actions.
The pain from negativity’s rain will never last, in fact the encounter will end with your laugh... Because you will always end up on top with the ones that matter pushing you to NEVER STOP.

I can't let the dream killers, kill my self esteem, So I use My Confidence as a steam that power my Dreams, And My EGO
~Inspired by Kanye

p.s. to any haters....I’m everything I want to be and more.

I was Blessed with a great path
And I promise I’m going to soar! I have Beauty, Intelligence, and Passion galore! Present me with ANY Challenge...and I'm Kicking down the Door! lol Peace :)

Cheers To Beautiful Skin!!♥

Drinking water is essential for clear skin and your overall health.
Water is essential for carrying waste material out of your body... and is quite possibly the single most important contributor to healing and preventing acne flare-ups.
How much water should you be drinking every day?
Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day for beautiful skin.
Your body is made up of 70 percent water. Water is literally your body's life force. It is involved in nearly every bodily process, including digestion, absorption, circulation and excretion.Water is also the primary transporter of nutrients throughout your body.
If not enough water is consumed, toxins can build up causing breakouts. Water flushes these toxins out.Without adequate water, we would poison ourselves with our own metabolic wastes. Your kidneys remove waste products that must be dissolved by water. So, by drinking enough water, you are flushing out the toxins that would normally escape through the pores of your skin... thus preventing breakouts.
Your kidneys cannot function properly without enough water. When they do not work to capacity, some of the load is dumped onto your liver. A liver that is not performing at its best can worsen acne because it cannot break down and clear excess hormones from your body.
Water is also important in losing weight. Water suppresses the appetite and helps your body metabolize stored fat. Studies have shown that an increase in water intake can actually reduce fat deposits.
So, drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.Your body will not function properly without enough water and cannot rid itself of wastes and toxins. Drinking water is essential for clear, healthy skin.
Most consider a glass of water to equal 8 oz which means a 16oz bottle of water is 2 glasses :)

So I'm doing another butt post because its a hot topic nowadays! Every Lady knows that having a nice butt is an asset (pun intended)....Lol, told you guys I was corny! Anyways its not about how Big it is, but how toned and shapely it is!...remember the whole Quality over Quantity theory, yes that applies to Body parts as well :). ( and those of you who have seen big unflattering butts :( and nice smaller ones:) know what i'm talking about here.) So as I embark on a lifelong mission to maintain a fit, toned and shapely figure, it makes me happy to share the many different techniques I utilize on a daily basis with you My Fabulous Followers! :)
So Today's Beneficial Butt Technique will be: DONKEY KICKS!
The donkey kick is a calisthenic exercise that targets the gluteus(butt) and lower back muscles. These two parts of the body are trouble spots for both men and women. While women usually look to tone their tush, men frequently are victims of lower back pain so share this with your Boo's.♥
At A Gym: Begin by placing your left knee on the bottom of an incline bench. Bend your elbows and place your forearms across the top of the bench so they support your body weight. Slowly raise your right leg as high as comfortably possible, keeping it straight throughout the move. Contract your glutes and then reverse direction, returning back to the start position. After performing 8-12 repetitions, repeat the process on your left.
At Home: Get on all fours on mat (hands under shoulders, knees under hips). Keeping right knee bent 90 degrees, flex right foot and lift knee to hip level. Lower knee without touching floor; lift again. Do 8-12 reps. Switch legs; repeat.
♥Wear 5 pound ankle weights while doing either move to achieve greater resistance and better results.

♥My HAIR has a new Crush♥

She's falling in Love with the Hair One Olive Oil Cleansing Conditioner! lol
This product leaves my scalp clean and my hair moisturized. I use it to cleanse my hair once a week. Since it has a "cone" in it which can eventually cause build up, I use Nexxus Aloe Rid (another FAVE of mine) Once every 3 weeks, which Clarifies and renews the hair stripping it of product buildup.
You will find mixed reviews on this product and I can honestly say that when I first used it I was like "meh"...but Now, Well now I'm in love. After that first wash my hair & scalp has greatly benefited from this product! It feels fuller, healthier, and stronger! I have Relaxed/fine 4 A/B type hair, so if you can relate...
Try It♥

Silly Little Know-It-All's

Is it not healthy to educate yourself about LIFE? Yes Life...because common sense and street smarts outweighs all the book smarts in the world. It doesn't always matter how many big words you can spit out, or how many years of your precious life you spent in college...But what matters is knowing how and when to apply the gifts you have. Yes there are people with Master's degree's working at fast food places and Malls and yes there are people who didn't graduate highschool who are extremely successful and wealthy!....So lets remind ourselves to remain Humble, especially when we are in the position where we can only Hope & Pray that we live to see our full potential! Times are hard, and if you don't have an Open mind, Humility, and are willing to LEARN....then you and your degree will never prosper.
Here are some Great Quotes to Keep us grounded! Because in a world where Bad is Glamorized and Good is shunned...its easy to lose sight of what's important.
Albert Einstein:
Imagination is more important than knowledge. For while knowledge defines all we currently know and understand, imagination points to all we might yet discover and create.
Kahlil Gibran:
A little knowledge that acts is worth infinitely more than much knowledge that is idle.
Proverbs 26:12
Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him..
Romans 12:16
Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.
Proverbs 10:19
When words are many, sin is not absent, but he who holds his tongue is wise.
Proverbs 13:10
Pride only breeds quarrels, but wisdom is found in those who take advice.

Malcolm Forbes:
"The dumbest people I know are those who know it all."

Stanislaw Jerzy Lec
"The only fool bigger than the person who knows it all is the person who argues with him"
Nikki H. (
Knowledge is like Money, You will end Broke if you don't use it wisely!

When you insult your own culture, you somehow insult yourself; And to others you look more foolish than those you are insulting.
Now that I'm mature, I look back and laugh at how foolish I was years ago when I was younger! Now I can only wonder how much I'll be laughing a couple of years from now...
The best lessons I've ever learned...Are the ones I've Lived.
Close minded people, Give Close minded opinions....So laugh at them with a open mind.
Peace & Healthy Kisses

♥High Heels and Health♥

Every fab girl LOVES Heels. Not so much the way they feel, but the way they look. But you guys know me :) ... Pretty much EVERYTHING ties into HEALTH, lol; And after my excruciating ordeal with some 4 inch heels while walking around in Vegas, I felt it was vital that I do some research!

So What’s the impact of heel heights on your health?
Kitten heels (1.5 to 2 inches)
They build muscle in the calves, make legs appear longer, and are easier to walk in than higher heels.
Cons: They can cause problems from corns to back pain. They don’t supply the same glamour that higher heels do.
High heels (2.5 to 4 inches)
They build muscle in the calves, make legs appear longer and the body leaner.
Cons: They can be painful to wear, and are sometimes difficult to walk in. They can cause many foot problems, such as hammertoes and bunions, and back pain.
Extreme (over 4 inches)
Pros: They build muscle in the calves, make legs appear longer and the body leaner. They also tend to make the backside more noticeable.
Cons: They put a huge amount pressure on the feet!!
How high heels affect your overall Health
According to Stephen Hartman, a chiropodist, heels that are two inches or higher propel the body forward, turning the simple act of walking into an awkward chore. They also point the foot downward, reducing its ability to flex and absorb shock. This leaves areas like the knees and hip joints to pick up the slack, which can aggravate and sometimes even cause arthritis. And the problems get worse over time. Says Hartman: “Left untreated, short-term issues such as corns, callouses and ingrown toenails can lead to long-term problems such as hammertoes, bunions and ‘pump bumps’ [a bony bump at the back of your heel, caused by shoes rubbing the bone]. They can also lead to issues with knee, hip and back pain, and osteoarthritis.” And high-heel wearers may experience pain even when they wear flats. According to Hartman, women who wear heels for many consecutive years can develop a physiologically shorter Achilles tendon that results in the inability of the heel to fully touch the ground.
Now For The BENEFITS of heels....for all you ride or die heel lovers lol
Any woman who has experienced that terrific feeling of glamour while wearing a great pair of high heels will attest that there’s no substitute for these beauties. And the benefits are also tangible: They give shape to your calf muscles and elongate the look of legs to make you appear longer and leaner. Wearing high heels may even improve your pelvic floor muscles: Researchers at Italy’s University of Verona studied 66 women under age 50 who wore shoes with an almost three-inch heel. The study found this placed their pelvic muscles in an optimum position to contract and strengthen.
Nikki Note: LIKE ALMOST EVERYTHING.....MODERATION IS KEY :). I say rock your heels, just not to an EXTREME point. Flats can be fly, fab, and sexy too.

You met someone you really liked. Everything started out great. You talked, laughed, and flirted so much, you knew in your heart it was fate. But then came the started to care too much too soon; You foolishly rushed into everything instead of beautifully allowing it to bloom. Times were fun, but more times were bad, Yeah they made you smile, but more times you were mad. Now you look back when its all said and done.....wishing you did it differently...been smarter, had fun.
If only somehow, you knew the things you know now, could of spared yourself the drama, embarrassment, and fights.... Now your wishing you can play another game of Love, only this time you'll play your cards right.
It's no secret that Love can be a tricky game. It's crazy to refer to it as that, but the concept of the two start out the same. You have to look at the players and hope that their honest and true..strategically give it your best and hope that the winner is you. In return your component becomes your partner...because to them, they won too. As you play your cards together and embark on the sweetest love you both ever knew.
Take your time.
Be smart.
Think with you Brain and be guided by your heart.

A good friend of mine asked me how to achieve this last night....and I immediately thought about Genetics, Exercise, & Diet and how all 3 play a role in achieving this look.
So before I get into this let me first say...LEARN TO LOVE YOUR FIGURE! I can't say that enough. Don't get brainwashed by music videos, rap songs, and hater comments. Confidence is key. Now, If your simply looking to get in shape, i.e..a little shapelier...well that's another story. Let's do it!
Not every woman's figure is genetically designed to achieve a large butt with a small waist; HOWEVER, I do believe that every woman can achieve a sexy & toned figure. Just take a look at the figures in your immediate family, then take a good look at your own figure...this will give you some idea of what's possibly in store for your body. I say possibly because its up to YOU to become fit and stay fit.
Choose Your Shape:
Hourglass: Women with an hourglass shape are often envied by all of their friends. This is because hourglasses have well-proportioned upper and lower bodies, with a distinctively narrow waist. However, if you are an hourglass, you may find that you tend to gain weight all over your body, particularly in your hips and chest area.
Pear-shaped women tend to have larger lower bodies and smaller upper bodies. If you are a pear, you will find that your hips are slightly wider than your shoulders and that you tend to gain weight below your waist. Pears usually have small chests and flat stomachs.
Apple: Apples are generally bigger on the top half of their bodies than on the bottom half. They commonly have slim hips and a large chest and stomach. Apples tend to gain weight above the waist or along the backside.
Women with a ruler shape tend to be waif-like and slim. Rulers have no large differences between the size of their hips, waists, and shoulders. Rulers tend to put on weight in their stomach and backside, while maintaining slender arms and legs.
Okay, Pear and Hourglass
figures can achieve the Big Butt-Small waist look easily by eating a nutritional diet full of protein and exercising 3-4 times a week. Sessions should consist of at least 30 min of cardio and 2 days of weight training. Butt exercises like squats and lunges work great at accentuating their curvy features.
Now for the Apples and Rulers!
These are the ladies that request this look the most! Apples and Rulers tend to over eat to achieve this look, but end up having a big stomach to deal with in return. So I say CHANGE YOUR FOCUS to wanting a fit toned body in stead of certain exaggerated features.
Here are some basic tips that will lift and tone the Butt and Shrink the Tummy, and give you an overall nice figure. Focus on exercising 3-4 times per wk. 30min-1hr sessions and utilize the techniques below.
~Stair climbing burns tummy fat, tones butt.
~Walking on an incline builds shapely legs.
~RUNNING!- this burns fat all over the body mainly the tummy and builds up the legs.
~Squats, leg presses, dead lifts, lunges, and hamstring curls (note: Do about 10-12 reps using heavy weight, this helps to Bulk muscles causing them to grow bigger.)

~As for your diet- Remember Protein is your friend! Even a good healthy protein shake after a workout will assist in building nice strong glute(butt) muscles! Also eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner everyday with 2-3 snacks in between. Working out too much without nourishing your body will only make you feel weak & scrawny.
Enjoy this tips! KISSES Nikki
