Powerful Relaxation Technique

Silence is Golden, Especially when you LISTEN to it :)
This world is filled with all types of disturbing noises from people yelling, horns blowing, music bumpin, and T.V's blasting. All of the noise can elevate stress levels and stress in my book is a huge NO-NO.
So do yourself a favor and listen
  • Find a place to chill and Listen to the breeze as it hits the trees outside
  • Lay down in a quiet room and Listen to your own positive thoughts
  • Treat yourself to a body massage and submerge in silent relaxation
  • Take a warm bath or shower, close your eyes and listen to the water

Leave about 30 min in your day for "Quiet Time". Your quiet time will reduce stress and increase a happier, healthier, YOU.

Wonderful advice!! Things like this people easily and often forget about quiet time. Then we wonder why our day feels so crowded! Lack of Quiet time!! Thanks for this lovely reminder :D
