Surprise!!

The Welcome Home Surprise party for my returning soldier turned out great. We danced all night, got nice from some delicious Moscato and a couple of shots (drink responsibly..lol) and we created great, fun memories with lots of friends that will last a lifetime.
As I was running around, getting things ready for the party and basically doing 50 things at once, I realized the importance of Selflessness.
Having, exhibiting, or motivated by no concern for oneself; unselfish.....
Sometimes doing for others and putting a smile on someone else's face is worth more than anything we can recieve ourselves.

Well, that's my spill for tonight. I hope everyone enjoyed this week and Yaaay..Next week is Labor Day weekend....I will definately be doing something FUN♥ make sure you do too! I wish everyone a happy, healthy, and Blessed Life and remember guys.

YOUR INSECURITES

I will never be perfect, and that's what makes me so Great.....
Think of the prettiest person you don't know and realize that yes...they have insecurities too. We all do at one point or another! The same person that can feel confident and cocky one day, can feel insecure and self-conscious on another...it's all apart of living life.
Its true that some have more insecurities than others and Women more so than Men...but at the end of the day it all comes down to accepting and loving who and what you are.
Love who you are and if you don't like something work positively to Change it....and if you can't change it EMBRACE it :)
Don't even pay attention to others and what they have, what they look like, what they talk like, or how Confident they are being because.......
ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD

If its one thing anyone that knows me can vouch for it's that I LOVE ME :). I'm not perfect, I make mistakes But I'm ME....and I smile at just the thought of it :)
Here are 8 tips to help you feel more Confident!
Read and listen to inspirational things like your Bible, Positive Blogs, Uplifting books and Music.
Began working toward your goals. We are all a work in progress, so enjoy the journey.

Get rid of/ignore/avoid negative people, jealous people, fake friends, and a bad relationship. I have NO room in my life for negative people or things and nor should you.
Always try to look your best. When you look good you feel good.
STOP paying attention to those who give you a bad feeling about yourself. If you ever wished that you looked or acted like someone else..STOP, no one is perfect.
Do things to make others happy, you will feel better about yourself for it.

Write down or say all the things you like about yourself or that you want to accomplish and get motivated!

Remember that Beauty starts within and that "Sexy" and "Confidence" is an ATTITUDE, not a physical attribute.

Beautify The WINDOWS TO YOUR SOUL♥

The Most Important part of your face are your EYES....The Window to your soul. Liner, Mascara, and Shadows can only do so much...the rest is up to you and good eye health!
Here are some ways to keep your EYES LOOKING NATURALLY RADIANT :)
Whenever you go outdoors, consciously stare at the trees and plants. Green color has a very soothing effect on your eyes.
Warm your palms by rubbing your palms then cover your eyes with them. This will also help your eyes to relax.
Many people tend to form dark circles under their eyes. Best way to treat them is by putting slice of potato over the eyes for at least 20 minutes.
Another method is to apply warm tea bags on the eyes for 15 minutes, to get rid of dark circles.
After a hectic day refresh your eyes, try applying a squeezed cotton pad of ice water on the eyelids for 20 minutes.
Another way to relax your eyes is to place sliced cucumber on the eyelids while you are relaxing.

Eat lot of green vegetables, Vitamin C rich fruits, tomatoes, carrots, dairy products, poultry and rich sources of Vitamin A and E.
Use anti glare glasses when you are working on the computer and while driving also.
Only use reputed company’s eye make-up.

Before going to bed don’t forget to remove your eye make-up.
Lastly try hard to avoid stressful conditions as it directly affects your eyes.
A balanced lifestyle results in healthy and beautiful eyes
. A Nutritious and balanced diet, exercise, regular sound sleep and equilibrium between work and rest are the key things for

I love hair! All colors and textures. Relaxed and Natural, Straight and Curly.
So that's why I started my Healthy Hair Care Journey last October!
Things are going great thus far. I've managed to grow and retain almost 3 additional inches of length so far and my hair is much thicker!
I just want to encourage everyone to embrace their hair. It's important to maintain it's health. Yes weaves and wigs can look Great....but
The Health of your Real Hair is Priceless!
Here are some quick tips Cutees:
Minimize flat ironing to once a week (if at all)
Trim Split ends to retain length
Air dry sometimes
Deep condition every 1-2 weeks
Take a hair vitamin daily
Keep scalp clean
Stretch relaxers longer than 8 weeks
Wrap hair every night
Sleep on a satin pillow case
Don't Braid or Pull hair too tight
and last but not least.....

Hey Sweeties!

I can't help but to notice how FLY my followers are looking over there! I've been busy preparing for my trip to Oklahoma to see my Soldier♥, planning his Welcome Home Party, and shopping for jaw dropping outfits! lol (its been two months, I have to wow him :)
